Beautiful terror
Another gorgeous Fleischer "Superman" classic. The portrayal of terror and panic in this one (among the circus crowd) is fantastic and better than in many modern films. The dead silence as the gorilla is first seen is deafening.

King Kong at the circus
Has the usual terrific visual statement to make. Lots of detail beautifully drawn. The plot: There is a big gorilla who escapes, a beautiful girl who screams, and a hero who flies to her rescue. Sound familiar? Well, not quite, but it's still a great flick. Download it and see!
